Parking areas are located throughout the Torrance Memorial Health campus. The best place to park depends on your destination.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available throughout the Torrance Memorial Medical Center campus, including in or near the Main Parking Structure, West Parking Structure, Outpatient Center and other visitor parking areas. Please follow posted signs and display a valid disabled person parking placard or license plate when using accessible parking spaces.

Main Hospital Destinations
The Main Entrance is located on Hospital and Technology Drive off Lomita Boulevard, near the Main Parking Structure, and provides access to several hospital areas, including the Lundquist Tower, Central Tower, Alpay East Wing, Emergency Department and South Building.
Lundquist Tower
The Lundquist Tower is located near Lomita Boulevard and is accessible from the Main Entrance area. Visitor discharge for the Lundquist Tower is located along the front of the tower (north side), opposite from the Main Entrance, near Lomita Boulevard.
Central Tower
The Central Tower is located near the center of the medical center campus and connects to nearby hospital services, including the Outpatient Center and Main Entrance areas.
Alpay East Wing and South Building
The Alpay East Wing and South Building are located near the Emergency Department and Central Tower. Visitors should use the Main Parking Structure unless directed otherwise by their care team or appointment instructions.
Hunt Tower
The Hunt Tower is located near the Central Tower and West Discharge area, with access from Medical Center Drive.
Outpatient Center and West Tower
The Outpatient Center and West Tower are located near Medical Center Drive and the West Parking Structure.
Outpatient Center
The Outpatient Center is located between the Central Tower and West Tower. For appointments in the Outpatient Center, visitors should generally use the West Parking Structure unless appointment instructions say otherwise.
West Tower
The West Tower is located next to the West Parking Structure. This parking structure is the closest parking option for many West Tower services, including rehabilitation and wound care.
West Discharge Area
The West Discharge area is located near the Central Tower, Hunt Tower and Medical Center Drive. Please follow discharge instructions from your care team for pickup details.
Cancer and Imaging Services
The Hunt Cancer Center and Polak Imaging Pavilion & Breast Diagnostic Center are located near Skypark Drive, close to the Polak/Hunt Parking Lot.
Hunt Cancer Center
The Hunt Cancer Center is located near the Polak/Hunt Parking Lot and Del Amo Hospital. Use posted signs for cancer center parking and entrance access. Underground parking is available.
Polak Imaging Pavilion & Breast Diagnostic Center
The Polak Imaging Pavilion & Breast Diagnostic Center is located near the Hunt Cancer Center and Polak/Hunt Parking Lot.
Polak/Hunt Parking Lot
The Polak/Hunt Parking Lot is the closest parking area for the Hunt Cancer Center and Polak Imaging Pavilion & Breast Diagnostic Center.
Medical Office Buildings
Several medical office buildings are located near Medical Center Drive, Early Avenue and Lomita Boulevard. Please review your appointment instructions for the correct building address and parking location.
McMillen Building
The Thelma McMillen Building is located near the West Parking Structure and McMillen Parking Lot. Visitors with appointments in the McMillen Building should follow signs for the McMillen Building and McMillen Parking Lot. Enter from Skypark Drive.
Hoffman Health Conference Center
The Hoffman Health Conference Center is located near Skypark Drive and the West Tower area. Enter from Skypark or Medical Center Drive.
Medical Office Parking Areas
Medical office parking areas are located near the buildings marked 3400 and 3440 Lomita. These areas are reserved for medical office parking only, so visitors should follow posted signs. Do no park in these lots if you are receiving care at the medical center or visiting a patient.
Emergency Department
The Emergency Department is located on Hospital and Technology Drive, with access from Lomita Boulevard, between the Main Entrance area and the South Building. Follow posted Emergency Department signs when arriving on campus.

Street Access and Nearby Roads
There are several nearby access roads and major streets:
- Lomita Boulevard: Runs along the front (north side) of the medical center campus and provides access to the Main Parking Structure, Lundquist Tower area, Emergency Department, and Employee Parking Lot.
- Skypark Drive: Runs along the upper side (south side) of the campus near the Torrance Airport, Hunt Cancer Center, Polak Imaging Pavilion & Breast Diagnostic Center, and Hoffman Health Conference Center.
- Medical Center Drive: Runs through the middle of the medical center campus, providing access to the West Tower, West Tower Parking Structure and Outpatient Center.
- Hospital and Technology Drive: Located near the east side of the campus, and is the entrance to Lundquist Tower, Main Parking Structure and Emergency Department.
