Lundquist Tower Window Replacement Project

Torrance Memorial will begin a multi-phase exterior window replacement project at Lundquist Tower on Monday, July 20, 2026. The project is expected to continue for approximately 18 months.

Construction will initially take place along the south side of Lundquist Tower, facing the Main Parking Structure. Work is scheduled from 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Temporary patient pick-up and drop-off changes

From August 17, 2026 through September 14, 2026 the patient pick-up and drop-off zone outside the south entrance to Lundquist Tower will be temporarily closed during weekday construction hours.

During this period:

• The south entrance to Lundquist Tower will remain open, including for patients and visitors arriving from the Main Parking Structure.
• Patient pick-up and drop-off will temporarily take place at the north entrance on the Lomita Boulevard side of Lundquist Tower from 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• The south-side pick-up and drop-off zone will reopen after 2 p.m. on weekdays and will remain available on weekends.
• Parking will remain available.
• Directional signs will be posted throughout campus.
• Security personnel will be available to help direct vehicles and pedestrians.
