Description

Core4 LogoCore4 is a 11-week Adult Weight Management program developed by Registered Dietitian Nutritionists and based on evidence and guidelines from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Following the completion of this 11-week program, virtual quarterly support group sessions will be offered to help participants continue toward their weight management goals.

Participants can expect to learn about topics including:

  • Nutrition: portions, meal planning, dining out, macro and micronutrients
  • Physical Activity: importance and role in weight reduction/management
  • Behavior Modification: hunger, appetite awareness, relationship to food

Time: 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Location: Torrance Memorial Lundquist Lurie Cardiovascular Institute, 2841 Lomita Boulevard, Suite 335, Torrance, CA 90505

Cost: $250 per participant
