Description

These gentle full-body stretches will activate all your muscles, free your joints, and increase mobility. Essentrics draws on the flowing movements of tai chi, which creates health and balance; the strengthening theories behind ballet, which creates long, lean, and flexible muscles; and healing principles of physiotherapy, which creates a pain-free body.

Please bring a Yoga Mat to Class.
