Join Our Monthly Support Group at Torrance Memorial – Led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 6-7PM. This support group is offered virtually. Participants will be provided with a link and log-in information after completing their registration. This support group is led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and explores new monthly topics aimed at offering motivation, support, and practical tips for staying on a healthy track.
