Align the Spine with Joy

This class uses Feldenkrais Method lessons, without pain or strain, to restore or to avoid deterioration of your posture.  An aligned spine improves balance, walking, your golf swing, pickle ball game, and, generally, reclaims more fluid mobility for all your daily activities.
