Diagnosed with Osteopenia or Osteoporosis, Bone density loss? Try the Feldenkrais method of gently movement while exercising.. This class will focus on the Feldenkrais exercises that help support healthy bones.

 This class will focus on the Feldenkrais exercises that help support bone. These weight bearing exercises, throughout your body, are gentle and require no strain nor pain." Posture, stability, and bone health improves.

Hand towel, bath towel, and a yoga mat are required.
