Title: Cancer & Nutrition: Nutrient Density
- This month’s class will focus on nutrient dense foods. We will discuss how to determine which foods are nutrient dense and how certain nutrients can help benefit our overall health. We will also provide and review ways to modify recipes to make them more nutritionally beneficial.
