In this class the importance of the coach's role, breathing techniques, and exercises will be discussed. Class will include the physiology of labor and childbirth.

$110 per couple

Description

Taught by a childbirth instructor, this course includes the physiology of labor and childbirth, breathing techniques and exercises to make delivery easier.  The importance of the coach's role as an active participant in childbirth is also stressed.

Register early and start classes in your seventh month.

Please register for the class using the name of the mother-to-be. One registration covers two adults.
