Meng (Lana) Shi, MD

Lana (Meng) Shi, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who completed her medical degree at the University of California, Davis, and earned her undergraduate degree in Biology with College Honors from UCLA. She pursued her residency training in Family Medicine at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, where she further advanced her expertise through a Faculty Development Fellowship with a focus on women's health.
Dr. Shi is passionate about caring for diverse patient populations including reproductive health, weight management, and chronic disease management. She believes deeply in working together with her patients to meet their unique health goals at every stage of life.
Dr. Shi grew up in Huntington Beach and loves exploring local farmers markets, trying new cuisines, practicing yoga, and going on family adventures with her husband and toddler.
