record. Once enrolled in
MyTorranceMemorial you can securely view information about your health at any time. With
MyTorranceMemorial you can:
- Conveniently access portions of your medical record including physician
reports, procedure reports, your allergy history, home medication list,
and immunization history
- Review your discharge instructions, including a summary of your care and
your discharge educational materials
- View your test results
- View your upcoming appointments at Torrance Memorial Medical Center
- Conveniently pay your hospital bill online
- Send a secure message to Torrance Memorial Medical Center

Can I access my child's medical record through MyTorranceMemorial?
Yes, following ID verification, you can create a MyTorranceMemorial account
for your child (under the age of 12) with your contact information through
the Health Information Management (HIM) Department. Please call 310-517-4721
for complete details.
How do I sign up for MyTorranceMemorial?
Patients will be offered an invitation to
MyTorranceMemorial during their hospital visit. This invitation will enable you to log in
and create your own user ID and password. You will be asked to provide
your email address and a valid picture ID to complete this process.
How do I claim my invitation?
You will receive an invitation for
MyTorranceMemorial to the email address you provided during your hospital visit. Included
in the invitation are step-by-step instructions for setting up your account.
You will be asked to verify your identity by entering the four-digit code
provided to you during your enrollment. You will then create your own
username and password.
When can I see my test results in
Test results will be made available in
MyTorranceMemorial 35 hours after they are added to your medical record. The results will
not be immediately available in
MyTorranceMemorial to allow time for your provider to review and/or discuss your results with you.
Can I have one

Yes. Torrance Memorial Medical Center takes great pride in ensuring that
your health information is kept private and secure. Access to
MyTorranceMemorial and the information within it is controlled by strict security measures.
As a member, you control all of your own account information, including
your personal username and password.
To further safeguard your information:
- do not use the same passwords you would for other applications
- use complex passwords (example: 10 characters or more including a number,
special symbol, upper and lowercase letters)
- never share your password
- change your password if you think it has been compromised
MyTorranceMemorial is owned and operated by Torrance Memorial Medical Center and Cerner Corporation.
It is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy.
Your name and email address will be treated with the same privacy measures
given to your health records and will never be sold or leased by Torrance
Memorial Medical Center or Cerner Corporation.
What if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password or your account becomes locked, follow
these steps to begin the process of resetting your password:
- Select 'Forgot password?" from the login window
- Enter your user name and click "Submit." (Clicking "Cancel"
will return you to the login window.)
You will receive a message stating that an email has been sent to the address
associated with your

- Click the link contained in the email.
If the link is not used in the time frame specified, your account will
remain locked and you will have to start the password reset process again.
The link will direct you to a screen where you will enter your user name
and answer your security questions. Once authenticated you may enter a
new password and confirm it.

Protecting the privacy and security of your information is of top priority.
If, while accessing your
MyTorranceMemorial account, your computer remains idle for more than 20 minutes, you will
be automatically logged out. It is recommended that you log out of your
MyTorranceMemorial account if, at any time you need to move away from your computer.
What is the difference between MyTorranceMemorial and CernerHealth?
CernerHealth is your own personal health record that is only created, updated,
and visible by you.
