Changing your value system and taking control of your life is the theme of the lecture, designed to promote self awareness and positive change.
Norman
will share powerful lessons and techniques that he used to overcome his personal challenges, including how to identify stressors and other interferences that limit you from reaching your full potential.
Before becoming a motivational speaker,
Norman
lived a life of crime. He was sentenced to 100 years in prison in solitary confinement for his violent crimes and leadership in prison gang activity. After being paroled

committed to create a positive impact in the world as an author and advocate. He became a public speaker and participated in Engage Today, an event featuring the
Dalai Lama, Dr. Stephen Covey, and Sir Richard Branson.
While traveling as a motivational speaker he founded Project Footprints, which helps individuals, non-profits, and charities meet their goals and change lives for the better.
