CORE4™ is a 12-week Adult Weight Management program developed by Registered Dietitian Nutritionists and based on evidence and guidelines from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. This program will teach you how to manage your weight through the fundamentals of nutrition, behavior therapy, and physical activity.

This program includes an individual appointment with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in addition to 11 group sessions. Following the completion of this 12-week program, monthly support group sessions will be offered to help participants continue toward their weight management goals. CORE4 provides participants with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully manage their weight by encompassing nutrition education, physical activity and the role of behavioral therapy in weight reduction and weight management.

Participants can expect to learn about topics including:

  • Nutrition: portions, meal planning, dining out, macro and micronutrients
  • Physical Activity: importance and role in weight reduction/management
  • Behavior Modification: hunger, appetite awareness, relationship to food

The program is lead by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and includes:

  • One-on-one session with a RDN
  • 11 one-hour weekly group sessions
  • 2 program workbooks
  • Monthly support group meetings after program completion

Cost: $200 per participant
