Statement of Need
Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death worldwide and
recognizing patients at risk is the key to early interventions and decreased
morbidity and mortality. Please join us to hear nationally renowned leaders
in cardiovascular and metabolic diseases provide evidence-based information
about new treatment guidelines and advancements in integrated medicine
and nutrition, heart failure, cardiac surgery, new interventions, stroke,
