How Patients Rate Us

At Torrance Memorial, we regularly survey patients to find out how patients experience our services and what we need to do to keep improving our care. Patients are asked to respond to questions on a five-point scale: Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neutral, Agree and Strongly Agree. In addition, written comments are encouraged.

Fifty percent of all inpatients are randomly surveyed by a written questionnaire sent to patient homes within one week of their hospital discharge.
