LONGEVITY BONUS Hospital Regular FT and PT employees After 5 completed years of service FT
5-9 years - 2 days/yr.
10-14 years - 4 days/yr.
15-19 years - 6 days/yr.
20+ years - 8 days/yr.

5-9 years - 1 day/yr.
10-14 years - 2 days/yr.
15-19 years - 3 days/yr.
20+ years - 4 days/yr.
