EXTRA WEEKEND PREMIUM	Hospital	All employees	Upon employment	$3.17 per hour for each additional shift worked beyond employee's usual weekend commitment.
HOLIDAY PREMIUM PAY	Hospital	Hourly employees who work a designated holiday	Upon employment	Time and one-half pay for hours worked on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
REFERRAL BONUS	Hospital	All employees	Upon employment	$2,100 referral bonus for employees who refer qualified individuals who are hired into designated positions
