Catherine Bannerman, M.D. takes us on location and into the homes of five Hospice patients and their families as they face the difficult choice of end of life care. You will meet these families and the dedicated TORRANCE MEMORIAL HOSPICE TEAM which includes nurses, social workers, chaplain, aids, and volunteers, who bring them comfort and supportive care during their final days.
