Breast Self-Examination Training - If you are a woman, you owe yourself a visit to the Torrance Memorial Breast Diagnostic Center for free breast self-examination training. Breast Cancer Awareness Program is a free event provided by the Torrance Memorial Cancer Center in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Held annually in October. For more information, call (310) 517-4660.

Cancer Resource Center - Provides up-to-date information about all forms of cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment. For more information, call (310) 517-4665.

Cancer Survivors' Day Celebration - Whether your cancer experience is in the past or present, come and enjoy the food, fun, and laughter at our annual June event. This celebration is free of charge to cancer survivors, their friends and family. Please call, (310) 517-4660 for more information.

Look Good...Feel Better is a free class that provides cancer patients with hands-on experience using make-up, turbans, scarves and wigs to enhance their personal appearance during and after radiation therapy and chemotherapy. Reach to Recovery - Trained volunteers who are themselves breast cancer survivors provide information and support for newly diagnosed breast cancer patients. For more information, call (310) 517-4665.

Woman to Woman Image Enhancement Program is a free confidential consultation for women to learn techniques to enhance their appearance during and after radiation therapy and chemotherapy.
