Blood Donor Center is located on the 2nd floor, Outpatient Center. Park in the West Parking Structure. Cross the street (Medical Center Drive), enter through the Outpatient Center entrance, use elevators, go to 2nd floor. The Blood Donor Center is adjacent to the elevators.
