The Discharge Lounge is located in the solarium on the 5th floor of the main tower. The lounge offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with two recliners, three love seats and a large flat-screen television.
Lounge hours: Monday - Friday, 11:00am to 7:00pm
The lounge is staffed with a nurse and they will be with patients the entire time in the lounge. When possible, the Discharge Lounge nurse will pick up the patient and their belongings from their room as well as escort them to the West Discharge pick up area when their ride arrives.
Refreshments (juices, fruit, chips, etc) are available in the lounge, and patients can request a lunch or dinner tray be delivered. There is a formal dining room table for our patients comfort.
If you are unable to get a ride, you're welcome to visit us in the Discharge Lounge!
