Dr. Dilrukshie Cooray completed her medical training at the Loma Linda
University Medical Center, where she earned a fellowship in rheumatology.
After spending seven years on the faculty of Harbor-UCLA Medical Center,
where she was also active in patient care, teaching and clinical research,
Dr. Cooray was awarded the Kouichi H. Tanaka Distinguished Teaching Award
by the Department of Medicine at Harbor-UCLA in 2010. An active member
of the Arthritis Foundation, Dr. Cooray serves as a member on the Public
Health Committee and the Arthritis Partners workgroup of the Pacific Region
chapter. Dr. Cooray has extensive experience treating a wide range of
rheumatic diseases and enjoys patient care.
