CURRENT INFORMATION
Monday 8/2 - Friday 8/6
Within the HOSPITAL
- 11:00 pm - 6:00 am, until approx. 8/13
Main Lobby, Corridor and Emergency Department 11:00pm - 6:00 am
Overhead electrical work in the Main Lobby, 1st Floor Corridors and in the Emergency Department will occur to accomplish electrical tie-ins from the main hospital to the New Main Tower.
Front of Hospital -
Utility exploration near the North Entrance continues. Saw cutting & jack hammering will be required with work starting at 7:00 am.
Lomita Blvd. -
Work continues on the catch basin in the deceleration lane.
Pending scheduling confirmation from Edison, work will continue on Lomita Blvd. on the new traffic signal. Traffic flow adjustments will affect the west-bound, north lane.
K-rail barriers are in place on Lomita Blvd. in front of the job site as we work to establish the deceleration lane. Pedestrians will be routed safely around the work area.
Within the Job Site -
Concrete pour continues - RREEF driveway, future hospital entrance.
Gas Line installation continues.
Monday 7/26 - Friday 7/30

Soils removal from the job site will occur.

Within the Job Site -
Concrete pads will be poured for the Edison equipment.
Preparations will begin to re-establish the west half of the RREEF driveway.
The new entry road, up against the East parking Structure, will be poured.
