COMBINED TIME OFF (CTO) Hospital Regular FT and PT employees Upon employment 60 months or less - Up to 26 days/yr.
61-120 months - Up to 31 days/yr.
121 months + - Up to 36 days/yr.
Accrual schedule available for part-time employees.
LONGEVITY BONUS Hospital Regular FT and PT employees After 5 completed years of service FT
5-9 years - 1 days/yr.
10-14 years - 2 days/yr.
15-19 years - 3 days/yr.
20+ years - 4 days/yr.
PT
5-9 years - 4 hours /yr.
10-14 years - 1 days/yr.
15-19 years - 1 day+4 hours/yr.
20+ years - 2 days/yr.
BEREAVEMENT LEAVE Hospital Regular FT and PT employees Upon employment FT employees - 24 working hours.
PT employees - 12 working hours.
LEAVES OF ABSENCE N/A Eligibility dependent upon type of leave requested Depends upon type of leave Personal, medical, pregnancy, family, & military.
