The evidence is overwhelmingly clear that much of the chronic disease we are confronting in the United States has its roots in the way we live our lives. This means that each one of us has the power to shift the odds of being healthy in our favor. Come and learn about the research which shows how embracing a healthier lifestyle can reduce the risk of chronic disease.


Dr. Low Dog is Director of the Fellowship at Andrew Weil's Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. She is an internationally known speaker on topics ranging from the responsible use of herbal medicine and dietary supplements to integrative approaches to women's health.
