Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a power workout to burn fat and tone muscles. In this high-energy class, PiYo (fusion movements based on Pilates and yoga) are followed with weight-training to sculpt muscle. You'll move to fast intervals of total body, arm, leg and core exercise, high/low cardio workouts, and cool-down with some stretching. This popular class fills quickly, so register early!

Torrance Memorial Specialty Center's Fitness Program
PRE-REQUISITE: You must be a graduate of the Delpit Cardiac Rehabilitation Program or the
C.H.A.N.G.E. Program to enroll in this exercise maintenance option.
Torrance Memorial's Specialty Center Fitness Program offers an exercise maintenance option which is open to patients who have graduated from our Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, or Outpatient Diabetes Program. Participation in exercise is independent and self-directed, however the facility is staffed with RN's and exercise specialists that are able to assist with questions or concerns you may have about your exercise program or health issues.
