Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS Certification)
An eight-hour course designed for health care professionals. This course covers basic heartsaver, two-person rescue, infant and child CPR and obstructed airway.

BLS Recertification
A four-hour course to review all BLS topics, basic heartsaver, two-person rescue, infant and child CPR, and obstructed airway. You must have a current BLS card to attend.

First Aid
Teaches how to care for victims of injuries or sudden illness. Topics include uncontrolled bleeding, burns, poisoning, shock, and choking emergencies. A certificate will be issued upon successful course completion. First Aid certification is valid for three years.

Heartsaver
A four-hour course that teaches basic heartsaving and one-person rescue. Course includes the American Hearth Association guide.

Infant and Child CPR
A three-hour workshop that teaches life-saving skills for infants and children, such as CPR, and basic care of children in emergencies. The workshop includes what to do in case of choking, when to call paramedics, and what to tell them.

Pediatric Basic Cardiac Life Support (PBLS)
A 3.5 hour course which teaches life-saving skills for infants and children, such as CPR and basic care of children in emergencies. Upon successful completion of class, an American Heart Association card is given, valid for two years.
