Welcome to the Torrance Memorial Medical Center Application Portal. The portal is an Internet site dedicated to helping employees and medical staff access information and applications securely from their homes or offices.

Before attempting to connect to this system, the following steps need to be completed successfully:

  1. Review and verify that your system meets the requirements for access
  2. Before access can be granted, you must submit a completed Remote Access Agreement form
  3. Download and install the appropriate Citrix client software. You only have to do this once. If you already have the Citrix software installed, proceed to step #4. Download the appropriate Citrix Client for your operating system below:
  4. Log in to the Application Portal web site. You must have a valid log on account to perform this step. (If you don't have a log-on account, please call 310-517-4741)
  5. Dragon Medical One (DMO) - WINDOWS ONLY from https://connect.tmmc.com OR https://torrca.cernerworks.com/Citrix/ProdWeb/

    • Instructions:
      • Ensure sure you have local Administrator privileges on the computer you are installing this AND a working Nuance USB PowerMicII/III (Recommended).
      • Download & install in this Order:
        • Citrix Receiver 4.9 LTSR (ver. 14.9.4000.9) *NOTE: If you are using Other Citrix-based EHR/EMR, check functional compatibility BEFORE installing Citrix Receiver 4.9 LTSR.
        • Nuance Citrix Client Audio Extension.exe (ver. 110.0.102.6)
        • Nuance PowerMic Citrix Client Extension.exe (ver. 110.0.102.6)
      • Verify the 2 extensions installed properly, go to Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features (see screenshot). *Note: The 2 Nuance Client Extensions “Installed On” dates MUST be NEWER/SAME than the Citrix Receiver 4.9 LTSR.
