Get on the Right Foot

Community Health Lecture

On a scale of one to 10, how happy are your feet? Chances are if your feet aren't happy and healthy, it could be a clue to your overall health. Each step you take involves a complex network of bones, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. This, combined with all of the weight they carry, explains why feet can have problems. However, it's all too common for people to ignore foot and ankle problems until the reversible damage becomes more serious. Learn about common foot and ankle foibles such as bunions, plantar fasciitis, heel pain, ankle sprains, and hammer toes and how they can be prevented, managed and treated. Your feet will love you for it!
