Graziadio Radiology Center

The Graziadio Radiology Center is conveniently located on the ground floor of the Main Hospital adjacent the medical center's Emergency Department. A reception area and seating are available for patients and visitors awaiting an outpatient test or procedure. The Graziadio staff includes receptionists and other clerical personnel to greet patients and ensure completeness of necessary paperwork, licensed technologists to assist patients with their exam, RNs to provide teaching, administer medications and monitor the patient's overall well-being, and Radiologists who oversee all studies and interpret results.

The Graziadio Imaging Center provides specialized imaging services to outpatients and all imaging to hospitalized patients. Types of imaging studies available at Graziadio include:

• All digital x-rays
• Dual Source computerized tomography (CT scan) and computerized tomography angiogram (CTA Scan)
• 3 Tesla MRI
• Ultrasound
• PET Scanning
• PET/CT
• Nuclear Medicine Scanning
• Nuclear Medicine Cardiac Studies
• Fluoroscopy
• Flat Panel Interventional Radiology Suite

How to check in for a diagnostic or interventional service at Graziadio Imaging Center

Pre-registration and scheduling an appointment for your imaging exam is simple and can be accomplished with an approximately 10 minute telephone call to Torrance Memorial Centralized Scheduling, 310-517-4738. 

If you have registered prior to the time of your procedure, simply check in at the Reception Desk in the Main Hospital lobby upon your arrival and let the Admitting staff know that you are scheduled for an outpatient radiology procedure and that you have preregistered. Outpatients who are scheduled for an interventional or diagnostic procedure will receive instructions from a radiology nurse prior to their scheduled procedure, and should check in two hours prior to their appointment at the Main Hospital lobby Registration Desk. If you are not preregistered for your procedure, check in at the Reception Desk in the Main Hospital lobby and inform the admitting representative that you are scheduled for a radiology procedure. The Registration staff will quickly complete the necessary paperwork in preparation for your imaging exam.
