The orthopedic teams perform more than 2,100 procedures each year*, making Torrance Memorial the 4th largest orthopedic program of any private hospital in Los Angeles County.
At Torrance Memorial you will find a comprehensive and integrated team approach. The hospital offers a dedicated 32-bed orthopedic unit staffed by nurses and therapists specializing in the care of orthopedic patients. A gymnasium on the unit helps to rehabilitate orthopedic patients.
This total team approach includes a joint replacement class for those patients who will be undergoing the procedure.
