Dr. Linda S
chack received her M.D. degree from Tulane University in 1986. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles and went on to pursue an adolescent medicine fellowship there. She then became an assistant professor of pediatrics and adolescent medicine at the UCLA Medical Center, leaving in 1994 to open her private practice in Torrance. Dr. Schack leads Torrance Memorial Medical Center’s Medical Stabilization Program for Patients with Eating Disorders. She is a member of the Society for Adolescent Medicine and is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics subboard of Adolescent Medicine. Dr. Schack also provides counseling and immunizations prior to foreign travel, for patients of all ages.
