Established in 1991, the Outpatient Chemical Dependency Treatment Program at Torrance Memorial Medical Center has helped thousands of people live clean and sober lives. Outpatient treatment has long been recognized as an effective method for treating chemical dependency and addiction. Because it allows participants to continue with their day-to-day lives, outpatient treatment is preferred option for the vast majority of people.
