Learn the tools and mindset needed to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle with this multi-pronged, holistic approach to exercise, nutrition and behavioral modification. Prevent and reduce dangerous risk factors that lead to obesity, diabetes and metabolic syndrome. Join this supportive and educational environment and let the experts help you maintain a CHANGE for life.
What: 12-week, comprehensive program led by a clinical psychologist, exercise specialist, registered dietitian and personal trainers
When: Two, two-hour group sessions per week. Days and evenings available
Led by: Lisa Cavallaro, Psy.D., Clinical Psychologist
